Terms of sale: We are not a bank & we do not finance cattle! Buyers will be invoiced immediately by email with overnight

payments expected by money wires or good check sent by priority mail! We want a lot of participation from buyers

who understand that proceeds need to be issued immediately! Buyers of embryos are responsible for their own shipping

charges and expected to contact sellers direct to arrange for shipment after payment. On lots where cattle are born,

buyers are expected to pay 100% down sale day. If a choice is sold from litter not yet born, the buyer must pay 35%

down sale day & balance when calves are 4 months of age. Buyers are guaranteed an acceptable calf at time of pick up.

Buyers of live cattle should make immediate arrangements with sellers for transportation after payment has been made to

sale manager.
