World Ayrshire Conference: World Dairy Expo Day 1
The World Ayrshire Conference spent its first day at World Dairy Expo on October 5th. Attendees had an opportunity to walk to the grounds and view the 2500+ head of elite dairy cattle from all breeds and the 800+ commercial displays. Or they could sit back and watch the Jersey cow show in the morning and take in the Milking Shorthorn cow show or Brown Swiss heifer show in the afternoon. The World Ayrshire Conference has grown from about 35 to 40 attendees in the first two phases to over 80 attendees in phase three.
