Ryan Zimmerman Joins Holstein Association USA as Regional Sales Representative
BRATTLEBORO, Vt. – Holstein Association USA, Inc. has hired Ryan Zimmerman as a Regional Sales Representative. In this role, he will work with dairy producers in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Eastern New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Zimmerman, a 2017 graduate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State College, holds a Bachelor of Science in Dairy Science. Before joining the Association, he worked in the AI industry and as a national sales representative for cowbuyer.com.
Throughout his time at Virginia Tech, he was an active brother of Alpha Gamma Rho and member of the Virginia Tech Dairy Club. As a member of Virginia Tech’s dairy judging team, he placed seventh overall at the All-American Dairy Judging Contest. He then worked with the dairy judging team as the assistant dairy judging coach. He has also taken active roles in the Maryland Holstein Association.
“Regional Sales Representatives are a vital link between the Brattleboro office and the customer. They know how Holstein products and services fit into any size dairy farm better than anyone in the Association. If you want a professional opinion of how our services can fit your farm, call your Regional Sales Representative. The Representatives will help you become more profitable,” says Steve Peterson, National Sales Manager.
Along with Zimmerman, there are seventeen other Regional Sales Representatives representing the Association in the field. These dairy experts help producers utilize Association programs to improve their herds and increase their bottom lines. To find which Regional Sales Representative covers your area visit
