The Dairy Calf and Heifer Association will host its annual
conference in Wisconsin again next spring. The event will be held April 7-9,
2020 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison to help heifer growers network
with one another and share ideas.
Organizers say there will be producer panels, presentations
and breakout sessions highlighting heifer-raising economics, calf health and
labor management. Attendees will also gain valuable knowledge and practical
strategies to build a strong future for their calf and heifer business
enterprises.
Meanwhile, the forum will also include on-farm sessions and
tours.
Custom heifer raisers, dairy producers, veterinarians,
nutritionists and anyone with a vested interest in raising calves are invited
to attend the conference. For more information, go to: calfandheifer.org.
