The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin is welcoming several new speakers
to its Dairy Signal programs this week.
On Tuesday, Curt Larson of Equity Cooperative Livestock and Steve Van Lannen
from American Foods Group are back to provide an update on how meat processing
plants have fared through the coronavirus pandemic.
Emily Yeiser Stepp, who serves as vice president of the National Dairy FARM
Program for the National Milk Producers Federation, will explain some new
changes to the program on Wednesday's edition.
And on Thursday, Tammy Vaassen from the Wisconsin Beef Council will present
ways on how the state's beef checkoff is impacting the dairy industry.
