The Professional Dairy Producers of Wisconsin says another group of speakers are set to take part in the online Dairy Signal program this week.

On Tuesday, Amber Radatz with the Wisconsin Discovery Farms Program, and Tim Radatz, Minnesota Discovery Farms, will provide an update on water quality and cover crop research, as well as the environmental issues that dairy producers should be aware of in 2021.

Brandon Scholz of the Wisconsin Grocers Association will be Wednesday's presenter. He will discuss grocery trends and consumer demands from 2020, and how online grocery shopping could result in marketing opportunities for dairy producers.

And on Thursday, ag economist Dan Basse of AgResource Company returns with the latest news and analysis of agricultural markets.
